Floor, Upholstery, & Carpet Cleaning Orlando & Central Florida

Joseph did an excellent job with my sofa and loveseat. They were so dirty, and now they look like new.

Nick and Joseph did such an amazing job on our floors. The kitchen tile grout was brown from years of traffic and it’s pristine white now. They also were able to get out old pet stains out of the carpet.

Excellent service. Arrived bang on time. Cleaned and condition 2 leather sofas. Good as new! Definately will use their service again

They do a wonderful job. I could not be happier. Highly recommend for all floor care.

Mint Condition did an outstanding job! Nick was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice throughout the entire process. I had my couch cleaned along with my floors, and the results were incredible. Everything looks brand new, and my house smells absolutely amazing. It's clear that Nick takes pride in his work and cares about making his customers happy. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and would recommend Mint Condition to anyone looking for top-quality cleaning services.

Did a fantastic job, really happy with the results!

I am so happy I called Mint Condition to clean my carpet! Our dog became sick and had bloody diarrhea in our closet. I did what I could to clean it but it was a job for professionals! Joseph and Nick came out the next day and made it disappear! They were friendly and professional! They were even willing to add services I requested after they arrived. I will be sure to use them again if I need my carpets cleaned again!

Joseph from Mint Condition was very professional and polite with great attention to detail! He went through the whole procedure and pricing with me before he started to clean 2 x couches. Nicholas joined him at the end to help clear up. Such a great team! My couches now look as good as new!

Did a great job. Got out some really heavy stains in my carpet. They were very careful with my furniture as well. Friendly service that using state of the art equipment. I would highly recommend!

Mint Condition delivered a great experience. We needed to have our floors deep cleaned grout sealed. We had hardwood and ceramic. Nicholas came in person to look at the job and provide a quote on the spot. It was a very competitive quote and we scheduled to have them come out the following week. Nicolas and Joseph showed up on time and the results were fabulous. Cleaned baseboards and floors were immaculate. Will definitely use Mint Condition again.

Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. We brought this company in to assist one of our customers with professional carpet cleaning, and the results exceeded our expectations. They completed thorough pre-treatment and post-treatment, sanitized the affected areas, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the process. The quality of the work was outstanding, and our customer was extremely happy with the final results. What stood out just as much as the workmanship was their customer service, transparency, communication, and professionalism. Their team kept everyone informed, explained the process clearly, showed up ready to work, and delivered exactly what they said they would. It is rare to come across a company that performs at this level. From the technicians in the field to the overall customer experience, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. If Google allowed 10 stars, we would gladly give them all 10. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality carpet cleaning and exceptional service. Phenomenal work and a great team.

We had mint condition come clean tile and carpet for a home we just purchased where I don’t think the floors were ever cleaned. The grout looks fabulous and the carpet looks great. Would use again

Nicholas did a fantastic job on my living room floor! He was very knowledgeable and up front about the stains and what he could and could not do, but the results are amazing. I'm so glad Gemini pointed me in y'all's direction!

Joseph S was efficient and personable. He handled my personal belongings with care. Very conscious of doing a good job.

Fantastic job! I should have taken before and after pictures.

I’ve used them twice to have my chairs cleaned and the service and cleaning are always top notch. Thank you again for a job well done.

Excellent Company. I had a vintage MCM sofa that needed to be cleaned. Mint Condition was able to come out the same week I called and performed the cleaning without issue. I would highly recommend Mint Condition Floor Restoration & Emergency Services
